Justin Hewitt
Justin is the general manager and is responsible for dispatch and logistics, as well as overseeing the entire operation. He has been working in the transportation industry for 29 years and loves the challenges he faces and the feeling of accomplishment when all the pieces and parts come together. He started working at the bottom, washing trucks after school and on weekends and when he was able to obtain his CDL he began driving over-the-road and really enjoyed it. The most interesting place Justin has traveled is through the Rocky Mountains in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. The most influential person in Justin’s life is his father – if it wasn’t for him, he wouldn’t be the man he is today. Justin grew up in Ida Grove, Iowa and lives here with his Wife and three children. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family. His one piece of advice for a new driver would be that even though life may get busy at times, always take some time to enjoy it!
Joe Hewitt
Joe is the shop manager and is responsible for equipment maintenance and overseeing the day-to-day operations in the shop. He has been working in the service industry for the last 34 years, with the past 9 years in the transportation industry and enjoys helping drivers to get through their day. The most interesting place Joe has traveled is to South Korea. The most influential person in Joe’s life is his Father. Joe grew up in Ida Grove, Iowa and lives in Battle Creek, Iowa today with his Wife. He has two children and 3 grandchildren. In his free time he enjoys riding his motorcycle. His one piece of advice for a new driver is to enjoy what you are doing!
Jay Greenwald
Jay is the office manager and is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the business, dispatch, logistics and safety. He has been working in the transportation industry for 8 years and enjoys the friends that he works with. The most interesting place Jay has traveled is to Jamaica. Jay grew up in Ida Grove, Iowa and lives here today with his family. In his free time he enjoys hunting. His one piece of advice for a new driver would be to keep yourself organized, drive safe and strive to be the best driver you can be.
Andrea Schirrmacher
Andrea is responsible for marketing, recruiting and office support. She has a degree in Marketing and Management with over 10 years of experience. She loves people and enjoys bringing her organizational skills, passion and professionalism to every aspect of her work. The most interesting places she has traveled are to Switzerland and France. The most influential people in Andrea’s life are her Mom and Dad. Andrea grew up in Ida Grove, Iowa, moved to Denver, Colorado for 17 years, and has now returned to the beautiful Midwest and currently resides in Ida Grove with her Husband and three children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her one piece of advice for a new driver would be to enjoy what you are doing, take in the beautiful countryside and really value the time spent with your family.
Bob Webb
Bob is our shop technician. He is responsible for maintenance on all our equipment. He has 20 years of technical trouble shooting and repair experience. The most interesting place he has traveled is to Jamaica. Bob grew up in Chicago and now lives in Odebolt, Iowa with his Wife and three children. In his free time he likes to travel and spend time with his family. His one piece of advice for a new driver would be to enjoy what you do and who you do it for.
